Does Track Blood upload my blood reports to a server?

No. Track Blood is local-first — every PDF you upload is parsed and stored only on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server or cloud account.

Is Track Blood HIPAA compliant?

HIPAA compliance doesn't really apply to Track Blood in the traditional sense — that law governs healthcare providers, insurers, and the vendors who process patient data on their behalf. Track Blood never transmits or stores your data anywhere except your own device, so there's no server-side record of your health information to be compliant (or non-compliant) about in the first place.
